On the premises of the operator customers can use wireless Internet connection (hereinafter "Wi-Fi").

There is no legal claim for the service and the operator takes no responsibility for its potential failure or reduced quality orsk damage that might be caused to the customers in connection with its use.

The operator does not take any responsibility for liabilities towards third parties that might follow from activities of the customers using the Wi-Fi service.

The operator does not provide hardware for use of the service and does not offer technical support to the customers using the Wi-Fi service through hardware brought to the premises.

The customers are liable to respect copyright and other rules and use Internet information sources in compliance with legislative and ethical standards. Potential abuse of data and information may be prosecutable.

Internet access is conditioned by provision of certain personal data by the customers in the sense of Act no 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection. The customers therefore agree with processing of the personal data provided by them. The operator agrees to handle these data in compliance with the effective privacy legislation and only use them within the minimum scope necessary for fulfilment of the purpose or which the personal data are obtained and always with prevention of any loss or harm caused to the respective personal data owner.

The provided wireless Wi-Fi Internet connection is not encoded. The transferred data may be visible to other users.
